Don't miss our 2-Week Online TV & Film Intensive with Top Casting Director of Major Casting Office Lain Kunin! This class is for actors 16 years old and up and will be held online via Zoom. You will be working on scene study, cold-reading and audition techniques. This will be a live, interactive class with a Q&A and the opportunity to perform for and get feedback from Lain. You will be able to download the recordings of your performance for educational purposes only.
Lain Kunin has worked on several projects including 4 seasons of NBC’s Manifest, ABC's For Life, Marvel's Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Daredevil, Jessica Jones and more.
She has also worked on Saint X for Hulu, Kaleidoscope, Archive 81 and Hit & Run for Netflix, season 1 of NBC's Shades of Blue and at the Roundabout Theatre Company/Jim Carnahan Casting where she worked on a variety of Broadway, film, and television projects including the Oscar nominated film, Brooklyn with Saoirse Ronan.
She is currently working on several projects including the upcoming 3rd season of Netflix's hit show The Diplomat.
Prep Instructions:
- Class 1 - Please prepare one short scene (2 pages or less) for each class. . Scenes are strongly preferred, please do not perform a monologue unless specifically requested. Upon registration, we will send you a link to our scene database that you are welcome to browse.
- Class 2 - We will send you a folder of cold-reading sides to select from the day of the class.
