Auditioning For Film & TV: 2-Week Online Class with Rachel Goldman, Casting Associate, Barden/Schnee Casting
AC is excited to have Rachel from one of the most respected feature film and television offices in NY and LA teaching this online class!
Barden/Schnee has cast noted features like The Girl on the Train, Spotlight, August: Osage County, Pitch Perfect franchise, Dallas Buyers Club, The Help, Winter's Bone, Still Alice, among many others.
Current projects include: Code 3 (starring Rainn Wilson and Lil Rel Howery), Little Wing (Paramount+), The Highway That Eats People (Directed by Mary Harron), Hotel Tehran, among other independent films.
Credits debuting this year include: Mrs. American Pie (AppleTV+), School Spirits (Paramount+), Out of My Mind (Disney+), Inappropriate Behavior (starring Robert DeNiro), and Gonzo Girl, among other independent films.
EVENT OVERVIEW:
Over the course of two weeks, Rachel will be working with you on how to bring your best work into your auditions.
The goal will be to focus on the work (not the audition) to allow you to always be at your best. Each week will build on the last and you'll work on a variety of sides on-camera.
Week 1 - Prepared Feature, TV, or Indie Comedy
Week 2 - Prepared Feature, TV, or Indie Drama

What to prepare:
For this virtual class, Rachel will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account.
Assignments will be emailed at least 24 hours in advance.

Please update your headshot and fill out the My Info Section of your AC account upon registration.
The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.
