- Accounting, Corporate Finance & Valuation: Review corporate finance and accounting concepts, including enterprise value, the financial statement analysis, DCF modeling techniques, and corporate valuation principles.
- Financial Modeling: Build an integrated 3-statement financial model. Create a DCF model on a public restaurant company using current financial data. Review company presentations, earnings releases, and financial reports to determine the model drivers and assumptions. Prerequisites
Since this program covers core Excel the first two days, there are no prerequisites. Prior knowledge of finance and accounting is helpful but not required as these topics are covered throughout the program. Attendees will receive a short pre-learning guide one week prior to the start of the course.
