After this course, you’ll be prepared to work as a financial analyst.

Learn Microsoft Excel and Corporate Finance. The five-day Financial Analyst Training program offers the most affordable and comprehensive training available for complete beginners to learn the necessary skills to become a financial analyst. By the end of this course, you’ll have the skills for a position at a Fortune 500 firm.

Throughout the course, you’ll develop the following skills:

  • Excel proficiency - Master formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables
  • Excel for Financial Modeling - Learn Goal Seek and other financial functions in Excel
  • Corporate Finance and Accounting - Learn corporate finance and accounting concepts
  • Financial Modeling - Build a three-statement DCF model on a public company

By the end of this course, you’ll have knowledge of cash flow projection tools in Excel. You’ll develop experience with financial statement analysis and DCF modeling techniques, and corporate valuation principles. Each student will learn to review financial data, including earnings releases, financial reports, and use this information to evaluate business decisions.

Prerequisites

  • None; Prior knowledge of corporate finance and accounting is helpful, but not required.

  • Course attendees will receive access to our free online corporate finance and accounting materials before the course.

Beginner Microsoft Excel

  • Get going with the basics of Excel and start working on projects in Excel. Get practice with calculations and formulas, charts and tables, worksheet and workbook formatting, and basic hotkeys to accelerate your workflow. 

Intermediate Microsoft Excel

  • Take your Excel skills up a level with this Intermediate Excel course. Learn important Excel functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables in this hands-on training. You'll also learn crucial text-related features like splitting and joining text, removing duplicates, and data validation.

Financial Modeling Bootcamp

  • Build a financial model and learn corporate finance and accounting principles. By the end of this course, you'll have a comprehensive Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model to add to your portfolio. You'll have a fundamental knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts. Finally, your advanced Microsoft Excel skills will aid you in building financial models quickly and accurately.
