At this level, you’ll reinforce oral and written communication skills while also working towards the goal of expressing personal interests, ideas, aspirations and opinions. At the end of this level, you’ll be able handle traveling or living in a Francophone country as well as understand the main points of conversations with native French-speakers.
With engaging multimedia activities, texts, and course books, you will learn to talk about your studies or career, understand a job description, and analyze newspaper headlines. Culturally, you will focus on the educational system in France, what it’s like to work in France, and the French media. At the end of this class, you will be able to situate conversations more complexly into space and time as well as use deeper and more enriched vocabulary.

Level B1.3 is the third sub-level of the Intermediate B1 level. The Intermediate B1 level consists of four sub-levels: B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, and B1.4.
