In this course, you will develop your English conversational skills that you can use to build your personal and professional relationships. Learning activities in this course will take place on Voxy, an engaging language learning platform that automatically adapts to your current level and your performance across reading, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary skills so that every lesson is optimized for rapid improvement.
Each week is made up of engaging, short, task-based lessons that can be done anywhere, anytime. Lessons include content from the real world, so you will learn from dozens of real conversations about a variety of common topics that come up when talking about the things that matter most to you. By the end of the course, you will feel confident describing your family and friends, discussing your hobbies and daily routines, and describing your job.

- This week, you will learn to discuss the people closest to you. Practice describing your family members and friends and learn how to talk about social events.
- Hobbies and Routine
- This week, you’ll practice talking about your hobbies, daily routines, likes, and dislikes. You will learn how to describe what you enjoy doing in your free time and share details about your everyday life.
- Your Job
- This week, you will learn how to talk about your job, including what you do, your responsibilities, and your work schedule. You will also practice describing your commute and having professional conversations.
- Final Tasks: About You
- This week, you will use everything you learned to describe yourself both in written and spoken form.
