Using AI identities to engage with customers in authentic and trustworthy way is becoming more important than ever.
This short course was created to help professionals in AI development, UX/UI design, business and ethics accomplish the task of crafting authentic AI identities while considering ethical implications.
In this 2-hour long course, you will learn how to understand user needs and preferences, define AI personality and voice, implement multimodal expressions, address bias and fairness, ensure privacy and data protection, promote transparency and accountability, and navigate human-AI interaction ethics.
