Getting started with Zoho CRM will teach aspiring sales reps the basics of Zoho CRM, how to set it up and get it working, in order to carry out their day-to-day affairs and meet their sales goals exceptionally well. By the end of this course, the learner will be able to: — Sign up for a Zoho CRM account. — Recall the benefits of using a CRM software for sales operations. — Describe the key business functions and processes that can be mapped to Zoho CRM. — Implement basic sales force automation processes in CRM. — Install and use the Zoho CRM mobile application for field sales activities.

Syllabus

  • Course overview
    • This module will introduce the learner to the Sales Rep Professional Certificate Program, take them through the program objectives and course categories. The learners will familiarise themselves with the Zoho CRM application and meet their instructors. By the end of this module, the learners will have clarity over why they need to do this program and how it will help them advance their sales game.
  • CRM for Sales — An overview
    • In this module, you will be introduced to CRM software for sales operations and management and will familiarize yourselves with the benefits of CRM. You will also specifically learn what makes Zoho CRM unique.
  • Key business possibilities in Zoho CRM
    • In this module, the learner will understand all the primary business functions that Zoho CRM is capable of and familiarize themselves with how each of these functions works in the system.
  • Common sales rep actions in Zoho CRM
    • In this module, the learner will familiarize themselves with the primary day-to-day actions they may be required to do in Zoho CRM as part of their sales tasks. This module will take them through sample demostrations and scenarios on how to set up and work on their key actions in Zoho CRM.
  • Using the Zoho CRM Mobile App
    • In this module, the learner will be introduced to the Zoho CRM Mobile app and how best to leverage it in order to discharge the duties of a sales rep.
  • Possibilities beyond sales in Zoho CRM
    • In this module, the learner will be introduced to the advanced and extended possibilities in Zoho CRM, that could be even beyond basic sales operations. This includes third party integrations, AI and more.
