- Week 1: Leadership in context
- This week, you will explore the concepts of leadership and leadership effectiveness. You will analyse different types of power that leaders can employ to lead and influence others. Additionally, you will examine how and why leadership should adapt to current and changing environments, as well as the opportunities and challenges involved in leading sustainability initiatives.
- Week 2: Change process models for sustainability
- Last week, you learned about leadership and its importance in sustainability contexts. This week, we will explore different change process models and analyse the role of leadership in the change process. We will also consider how to plan and implement a sustainability change initiative through effective communication and employee commitment.
- Week 3: Values-based leadership for sustainability
- How can organisations navigate these complexities and effectively manage sustainability on a global scale? This week, we will address this question by examining value-based leadership, which is a critical approach for guiding sustainability initiatives, especially within global contexts.
