- Product Owner and Scrum: The Kickoff
- In this module, you will explore the roles and skill sets of Product Owners, working with sponsors to create Scrum details, Kickoffs, and Sprint Planning. You'll also apply what you've learned through hands-on experience creating initial artifacts for a practice project.
- Delivering Value to the Customer
- In this module, you will explore Sprint processes for managing Product Backlog, handling issues, and delivering value during a project. You’ll also practice creating Sprint goals and completing a Sprint with a hands-on scenario. You’ll learn how to work through issues and resolve roadblocks.
- Continuous Improvement
- In this module, you will learn about managing continuous improvement during the Agile process. You’ll explore the importance of Sprint Retrospectives and the ways to balance Agile principles, documentation, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you’ll learn more about the best tools to use as a Product Owner.
- Final Project and Assessment
- In this module, you will apply the knowledge gained in this course to a final project that requires you to develop and manage a project as a Product Owner.
