- This module will introduce the learner to the Sales Rep Professional Certificate Program, take them through the program objectives and course categories. The learners will familiarise themselves with the Zoho CRM application and meet their instructors. By the end of this module, the learners will have clarity over why they need to do this program and how it will help them advance their sales game.

- In this module, the learner will gain an understanding of common structure of a sales department in an organization.
