Specialization & Capstone
In this module, you will learn about the structure and goals of the Specialization, as well as learn what you will be doing in the Capstone Project.

Module 1
In this module, we cover some general key issues about the case to make you think about the context of the specific valuation questions to follow.

Module 2
In this module, you will estimate the two key components of all valuation exercises: (a) the expected free cash flows of the disk drive business of Seagate and (b) the asset beta and the return on assets of the disk drive industry/business. Use the appropriate information in the case.

Module 3
In this module, you will estimate the value of the disk drive business using (a) the Enterprise Valuation (WAAC) Method; and (b) The Adjusted Present Value (APV) Method.

Module 4
In this module, you will put your report together to submit it by 11:59 pm PDT on Sunday, October 2, 2016. You will also submit three peer reviews by this deadline. Since you cannot conduct the peer reviews before you submit your own report, please carefully plan the submission of both deliverables.
