The first module of the course will allow you to pay attention to the fact that you should consider professional development and career growth in the context of self-realization. In other words, the factors, lying outside professional activity influence success.

In what conditions do we manage our professional activity?

The second module of the course will allow you to reevaluate the external environment. We will study the models of perception of our environment that will help us to see more potential opportunities, as well as to manage our own professional development with great success.

How do we form and strengthen our professional position?

The third module of the course will allow you to learn the difference between career markets and the rules of conduct on them. It aims to help you to avoid the traps in professional development and be more productive.

How can we use motivation and discipline in our professional activity?

The fourth module of the course will allow you to consider the professional activity as a set of motives and incentives, as well as teaches you how to manage them. In the module, the issue of habit management will also be considered.
