With much honesty, I’ll say that I find this course much more fun and mind building than any other mindset course I have ever participated in. Furthermore, I’ll register my satisfaction for the first week course and am certain that the end product will obviously be admirable and impactful.
I’ll therefore urge everyone who is taking this course to be open minded, enjoy, curious and most importantly remain positive to the end. Otherwise I’m delighted to be part of this program aimed at making a difference in our societies, nations, continents and the entire world through effective planning and governance.

It was enjoyable, but, as always with these courses, the main value was that it made me think very hard about the issues concerned. Whether I felt included in a great global teaching exercise...I'm not so sure. Apparently there were 10,000 participants...

This course has definitely broadened my way of thinking and it has also created in me a desire to see and make a change in my society and the globe at large.

The facilitators have taken their time to create the content for learning, by including videos and summarizing it for the learners.

This course also enabled the learners to interact with other people from different parts of the world which has led to people networking and getting to see the diversity that is there in this globe.

I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't taken this course yet, to do so because it is totally worth the time and indeed mind blowing to anyone who has an interest in being the next future leader.

It has been an awesome time taking this course. I get to learn at my own pace. I have been learning a lot about being a leader, policy making and how you can actually effect a change in your own little space. I have also met a lot of wonderful people that are easy to interact with. The comments section is mind-blowing as you get to air your own opinion and read what others think about the topics for each segment. The Future Learn team have been great giving to us quality content, videos and experience of people that we can learn from. This is the first time I am taking an online course, I am glad I did because it was worth it. Thanks Future Learn.

This course was insightful and inspiring. I learned a lot of things about decision making and how people around the world make a change in terms of their objectives and vision. Many policymakers should take into consideration young people's points of view and aspirations. Young people in policymaking have the right to take a step forward to voice their problems.
In addition, a lot of sectors like cultural, human rights, health care, education need a change and should draw a long vision to make these places better. Policymakers are leaders of other peoples so they need to represent them in a good way and inspire others to make change.

Thank you very much for this programme. This week 3 of Learning change through Policy-making is very eye opening for persuading for implementation.
The successful policy is also reflecting from how good of the implementation. Knowledge and awareness raising are also critical to implement the policy. Cultural norms may become some barriers therefore evidence based is very important to ask for the changes. While quantitative data are numbers to show the evidence the stories can make the move from qualitative findings. Policy is power to make changes!

To say this course was enlightening is an understatement. I had an amazing time learning and sharing ideas with other participants. At every step, the course instructors were fantastic and were always ready to respond to comments and inquiries and provide information. The best part of this whole process for me was me having a rethink and setting my priorities right, reviewing the policy ideas I always thought I had, finding myself and understanding the fact that the impact and change I want to make and see in the world starts with ME.

This course has been an eye opener. It could not have come at a better time. Through it, I now have the knowledge and skills to formulate a policy and lead its implentation. I gather that passion and purpose is the focal point of policy action. Moreover, evidence is important to influence policy but other considerations like peronal views and contexts are important too.

To effect change through policy, it is important that a concrete plan is developed to guide you through and avoidbeing ovrwhelmed. Very greatful for the opportunity!
