Learn how to implement healthcare improvement and innovation
Healthcare in the 21st Century has become much more complex and challenging.
On this course for health professionals working in healthcare management and administration, you’ll increase your understanding of complex healthcare systems, the capabilities and skills needed to mobilise new knowledge and identify processes for building ‘agency’ across the levels of the individual, the organisation and the wider system.
Through this, you’ll help lead a person-centred approach to behaviour change to reorient health systems toward prevention and the long term management of chronic conditions.
This course has been co-designed by the Monash-Warwick Alliance and Monash Partners especially for health professionals working in the area of healthcare management and administration.
