I already have a fair amount of knowledge of sports nutrition, so I found the course material somewhat basic. This course is good for a beginner.

It was nice but a really basic course for beginners. Really very basic. It didn't give much information. I mean if u read articles on fitness and workout yourself, u will anyway have acquired whatever they're telling.

Good, very basic introduction to sports nutrition. It's 1.5 hours so you can't expect to get too much information from this course. For what it is, it is good.
