  • Understand how largescale neural network dysfunction in infancy and childhood confers risk for future mood disorders
  • Understand how specific structural and functional abnormalities in the reward network confer risk for future mania and Bipolar Disorder
  • Understand how these neural network abnormalities can be targeted by novel neuromodulation interventions aiming to reduce future risk for mood disorders
