This webinar is hosted by the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

During the COVID-19 crisis, focusing on the emotional health and well being of our families is of the utmost importance. Over the past 6 months, the crisis has shifted from a focus on short-term stressors to long-term fears and uncertainties. Stress in children and adolescents is complex under usual circumstances, and crises such as COVID-19 enhance overall stress and stressors. This webinar aims to support the Stanford Medical School community with psychoeducation on differentiating between stress and psychiatric anxiety disorders and how to support both.
