Learning activities in this course will take place on Voxy, an engaging language learning platform that automatically adapts to your current level and your performance across reading, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary skills so that every lesson is optimized for rapid improvement. Each week is made up of engaging, short, task-based lessons that can be done anywhere, anytime. Lessons include content from the real world, so you will learn from real conversations and emails between friends and colleagues. By the end of the course you’ll have the confidence to call, message, and email in any situation!

    • This week, you will learn about this course and understand how to use Voxy's innovative platform.
  • Using Social Media
    • This week, you will learn how to use social media to connect to people, get help, network, and tell stories.
  • Staying in Touch
    • This week, you will practice getting in touch with friends and keeping up the connection over the phone, by text, or by email.
  • Phone Calls
    • This week, you will learn how to make all kinds of professional phone calls at work.
  • Emails to Colleagues
    • This week, you will learn how to write emails of all kinds to your colleagues at work.
  • Course Project: Independent Study
    • This week, you will have the chance to choose the topic you study for your End of Course project.
