    Great course. I learned about importing and manipulating tables among several other topics. I have taken a college level course in MATLAB, but the course had a different emphasis than manipulating data that this course included. This course showed several key aspects of the programming that are very important, which include importing and manipulating data, by group data set analysis and creation and use of apps. I also should mention array indexing was very useful along with a description of the difference in string and character data. This course provide and excellent starting point for introducing these last two concepts. They did take additional review outside of this course.

    It was a great learning experience. Looking forward to doing more such courses in the future. I was taught MATLAB essentials like plots, app creation, statistics, basic commands, etc.

    Hello, my name is Chris. The class "MATLAB Essentials" by Mathworks is more than just a course, instead its an interactive experience. The course developers certainly gave MATLAB an effective introduction, and the code along videos make you feel like a real engineer. The enthusiasm from the speakers, the well put together course content, and the structure of the course, produces a fun and engaging experience. I would take another course of theirs if they made one.

With this course, you can gain a perspective on what can currently be achieved with this tool and remember that the MATLAB community is extensive, and you are not alone when it comes to learning and embarking on your projects.

I was surprised by the level of everything , the course , the videos , the application and especially the instructors. Thanks a lot for everything and I hope in the futur I will be certified in it.     Great course by the folks at MathWorks. I've used MATLAB quite a lot, and had no idea of a lot of the functionality they showed in the course, such as live scripts, tasks, and app development. These topics would be a great complement to people who are already familiar with programming in MATLAB, but need help being able to share their code and results with others.

    An excellent introduction to MATLAB. The content that is taught is top notch and the exercises, quizzes are good but the highlight of the course for me are the section projects after each unit where we are given a real life problem and asked to code in MATLAB. The staff members are active on the discussion forum and your doubts are answered within 24 hours. I highly recommend that people who have no experience in MATLAB to take this course and experience the beauty of this software.
