These educational activities are grounded in principles of health equity, evidence based medicine, inter-professional teamwork, patient-centered care, and respect for human dignity.

About our presenter: 
Dr. Jason Maley is a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician, researcher, and faculty member at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He studies long-term patient and family outcomes after respiratory illnesses and sepsis, the development of novel models of care to improve patient-centered outcomes, and value-based healthcare delivery. He co-chairs a national COVID-19 collaborative to develop guidance statements for clinicians treating post-acute sequelae of COVID (PASC) through the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Learning Outcome(s)
At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to describe the clinical presentations and management of post-acute sequelae of COVID-19.
