첨단 바이오테크놀로지의 이해

이 강의는 최신 바이오 테크놀러지의 기본을 비전공 대학생에게 쉽게 설명한다.
건강, 생명, 환경, 지구보존, 미래과학 등 흥미있는 에피소드·사건을 중심으로 스토리텔링 형태로 최신 바이오테크놀러지 원리를 설명한다. 구제역을 설명키 위해 영화 ‘양들의 침묵’의 주인공이 나오고 장내미생물을 이해하기 위해 독일항공기의 ‘스위스 자살비행’이 소개된다. 항암표적치료제는 안젤리나 졸리의 유방암 스토리로 쉽게 이해된다.

This lecture introduces the basic principles of modern biotechnology to non-major students. Major area will be health, life, environment, earth-saving, future technoligy. Lectures focus various, interesting episodes to explain the complex nature of biotechnology. For example, to explain virus, famous movies will be introduced. Also Anjellina Jolly's operation will be expalined to show the importance of human genome in medicine.
