-Team Member: You will develop an action plan to confront your personality weaknesses and highlight your strengths so you can ace your annual review. We will also cover strategies that will help you uncover your true worth so you can ask with more confidence. We will get you the skills to get ahead!
-Manager: You will create an effective action plan for an employee, team, or organization based on your new knowledge of personality types and you will create a 360 degree review plan to better identify your strengths and weaknesses. We will get you the skills to rise above the rest!
We will dive deep into the types and teach you how to translate your new knowledge into business success by leveraging personality and emotional intelligence in the workplace - wherever you may be! Join us!

-We will get started by exploring 3 personality tests and then look at you and your superhero. This week will be focused on you!
Get Ahead: Know others
-We start this week by looking at others and then turn our attention inward to identify weaknesses that are inherent in each type.

-Choice 1: This lesson is for those looking to get a new job. You will learn how to successfully interview based on personality types. | Choice 2: This lesson is for those who already have a job but are looking to get a promotion. You will learn how to effectively deal with your weaknesses in a one-on-one situation with your boss. | Choice 3: This lesson is for the supervisor, manager, or executive. You will learn how to address common management challenges associated with personality weaknesses.
Rise Above the Rest: Moving from "them" to "us"
-We will wrap up class by looking at ourselves as part of a team and organization. The final project brings everything you have learned in class together to give you a tangible product that will help you get in, get ahead, and rise above the rest in any situation!

I am more than half-way through and the presenter, Toni, is fantastic at presenting this course. I really am enjoying this course, as I already had substantial knowledge with regards to personality types, she and this course helped me identify people even better in real life and has given me insight on how people and different personality types function under stress.
