Updated to align with the 6th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide, this course introduces topics like planning schedule management, defining and sequencing activities, and estimating activity durations, paving the way for the creation of project schedules.
This course will focus on the topics discussed in Chapter 6, sections 6.1-6.5, of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, more commonly referred to as the PMBOK® Guide.
