Syllabus

  • Project Overview
    • In this 1-hour long project-based course on Microsoft Azure, we will be using a sample application in Visual Studio to create a CI/CD pipeline completely using Microsoft Azure cloud development suite. We will show direct deployment from local to Azure web apps, a simple CI process that builds our application on an agent and produces artifacts, and we will also create a CD process that adds on the deployment component to our CI pipeline. We will end up with a fully automated pipeline in Azure that is triggered on new code pushes to Main branch.

Note: this course is designed for students with a basic understanding of DevOps, pipeline scripting and CI/CD.

This course is designed for any person working or who intends to work with Azure, or just become more familiar with DevOps tools, from system administrators to developers and DevOps practitioners and developers.

This is an intermediate level course and is designed for an individual who has a base foundation of either computer programming in at least one language.

Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
