ABOUT THE COURSE:This course focuses on the key components of the charging infrastructure available for electric vehicles and its challenges. The course includes the discussion related to the various stages of power conversion unit, its associated protection and communication (to exchange various data between the vehicle and electric vehicle supply equipment). It includes the detailed design, modelling and control of various AC-DC and isolated DC-DC converters.
