Excellent course -as I age it is important to know of the issues that will arise and be prepared to deal with them to prolong life and good health -It reinforces that people with MS are just like me in that we all have medical combidites and medical issues .Some have CVAs, some dementia, some cancer and the list goes on. We're all in this to help each other/

An ideal course for older people to determine the way forward as they age. The course covers relevant questions that may arise as you approach growing older with MS. It is also relevant for people who do not have MS.
