发乎神农,闻于鲁周公,兴于唐朝,盛在宋代。水从天上来,茶从地上生。天地灵气,聚为一杯饮。烹茶品茗,雅俗共赏。遇有茶缘,益身润心。入口入心,天人合一。茶分六类,各有其香。天盖之,地载之,人育之。仁者爱山,智者爱水。琴茶相伴,优哉游哉。得与天下同其乐,不可一日无此君。一碗喉吻润,两碗破孤闷;三碗搜枯肠,唯有文字五千卷;四碗发轻汗,平生不平事,尽向毛孔散;五碗肌骨清,六碗通仙灵;七碗吃不得也,唯觉两腋习习清风生。

Originating from Shennong, known in the time of the Duke of Zhou in Lu, flourishing in the Tang Dynasty, and thriving in the Song Dynasty. Water comes from the heavens, tea grows from the earth. The essence of heaven and earth gathers to form a cup of drink. Brewing and tasting tea is a pleasure for both the refined and the common. When tea is a part of one's fate, it benefits the body and moistens the heart. Entering the mouth and the heart, it unites the human with the divine. There are six types of tea, each with its own fragrance. Heaven covers them, earth bears them, and humans cultivate them. The benevolent love mountains, the wise love water. With the company of the zither and tea, one enjoys a leisurely and carefree life. To share the joy with the world, one cannot be without this friend for a single day.After drinking one bowl of tea, the mouth is full of sweetness and moisture.After drinking two bowls, my sorrows and boredom are gone. After drinking three bowls, my stomach felt empty,with only words and thoughts still present.After drinking four bowls,slightly sweating lightly,all the indignities of life dissipated from the pores with the sweat.After drinking five bowls, my muscles and bones are refreshed.After drinking six bowls,spiritually elevated to the point of being able to communicate with immortal spirits The seventh bowl can not be drinked,Just feel both armpits have a breeze slightly born, floating like to fly.
