Overview
Engage in a 30-minute beginner-friendly aerobic cardio workout designed to elevate your heart rate in an enjoyable way. This exercise session promotes cardiovascular endurance while improving cognitive skills, posture, balance, and overall mental health and mood. The workout accommodates beginner to intermediate fitness levels with various modifications available throughout. No equipment is required, but ensure your workout area is clear to prevent accidents, wear secure and comfortable footwear for low-impact movements, and utilize seated or chair-supported variations if standing is uncomfortable. This workout is provided by the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and Healthy Living at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as part of their remote programming initiative.
