Overview
This 27-minute workout session focuses on building core strength to enhance stability and balance. Develop the muscles in your torso that support your spine and pelvis, including abdomen, back, and hips, to prevent injuries, improve balance, enhance posture, and relieve pain. Participate in a combination of standing, seated, and prone conditioning exercises that incorporate controlled breathing and proper alignment to build strength and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels with modifications offered throughout. The session is provided by the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and Healthy Living at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as part of their remote programming initiative.
