This course covers sedimentology and stratigraphy topics related to various Earth environments. By the end of the course, students will be able to identify different sedimentary structures, understand facies models, analyze basin processes, and recognize various depositional environments such as fluvial, aeolian, submarine, and coastal settings. The course teaches skills in interpreting sedimentary sequences, analyzing provenance, and recognizing carbonate processes. This course helped me a lot in understanding the depositional system of the river which i used to study in my university classes along with the sequence of the deposition. Especially the para sequence, Some of the lacking i would say it doesn't provide clear overview on the mechanism of deep fan sediment deposition. Overall its a handy course to complete
