i have learn many new things about welding skils and how to manage the pressure and also the heating process that ocured during welding.and also the outcome of welding that indicate the pressure to make it high or low .and also the type of work that you doing so that you can manage the presure of the welding.always check your welding machine before use and pressure to give good result.

If you want to learn how to weld this is the to learn. For beginners it’s a great place because you learn on your own pace and you have 8-10hrs of practice every day. If you are willing to learn you will exceed you have everything you need to learn. The instructors are great they all have their ways to teach and honestly ask them questions you might learn something, there’s plenty of ways to get a job done as long as you complete it won’t matter how you get there.
If you know how to weld this is going to improve your knowledge in welding. The instructors will challenge you and even have you compete with your classmates. So I’m just going to say be humble because this ain’t the field to be cocky there are so many ways to weld and welding procedures and it doesn’t come easy. Get after it, and try your best to learn everything you can.

Welding is a key part of the production process and can be fundamental to making sure a metal structure being built is fit for purpose. Practical knowledge of welding can, therefore, help a mechanical engineer understand the pitfalls in the production of their design. In turn, this can help them improve their designs. Welders must know how to measure materials and calculate cutting force, understand how heat can warp metal and weld seams together, read scales used on blueprints, and determine the exact amount of materials to use. A welder must be familiar with fractions, decimals, geometry, formulas and trigonometry. Welding Engineering is a discipline that combines the fundamental principles of materials, mechanical, structural and electrical engineering, adapting them to the development and application of joining technology.
