Spring Boot Microservices

This course is an intensive introduction to microservices, exploring the spring cloud technology stack with seven distinct parts. In PART-1, students gain familiarity with the Eureka service registry and API Gateway. In PART-2, students learn how to use the Hystrix Circuit Breaker pattern. In PART-3, they explore how to use Eureka and Gateway together in distributed applications. In PART-4, discover the application of the Spring Cloud Hystrix to manage latency and fault tolerance. In PART-5, students learn about configuring Spring Cloud Config Server for centralized configuration management. In PART-6, students implement the Elastic Logstash & Kibana (ELK) stack for centralised logging across multiple services. In PART-7, students use Spring Cloud Sleuth & Zipkin for distributed log tracing. There is also an additional two-hour course, which covers the complete microservice stack using Spring Boot & Spring Cloud. Lastly, students manage and deploy the entire application using Trampoline.
