Overview
Join Tai Chi Master Ramel Rones for a 46-minute session of Qigong, Tai Chi, and Meditation techniques offered through the Dana-Farber Zakim Center Remote Programming. Learn and practice static and dynamic stretches, strength exercises, deep breathing, and meditation specifically designed to help your neck, shoulders, lower back, and digestive system. The class is accessible for all participants as most exercises can be performed either sitting or standing. The session includes various beneficial techniques such as Hula Hoop, Stretch the Bows, Rainbow (Sitting), Release the Bows, Chair Twist, Look to the Left/Right, and Internal Organ Massage. This comprehensive practice combines movement and mindfulness to promote overall wellness.
