This class provided actual hands-on information of what I need to start a farm. I was just thinking of the barn and Greenhouse, but now I know that I need a washing station, a cold room and all next to the vegetables. I learned that carrots need to be washed immediately, and that we have to start small and observed how we did the first year. To invest everything back on the farm and to remember that it is a business.
