Already in its 40th year, the FETC conference agenda continues to offer a wide range of sessions on education technology. Participants may look forward to the new Session Track on Future of Ed Tech Couch exploring new trends in instructional technologies.
For the second year the UNESCO Mobile Learning Week invites leaders and experts in education technology to explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence for education. The week of events takes place at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

Coursera invites its academic and industry partners annually to discuss current trends and challenges in the MOOC world. Moreover, the Coursera Leadership team presents Coursera’s vision for 2020. The Open edX conference is a meetup of community members who use Open edX, open source software for the edX platform and many other learning platforms. The conference brings together software developers and instructional designers, the busy people behind online courses.
At L@S the learning experience of students is placed in the center of scientific exchange. This way the conference aims to get a better understanding of the learning habits of students and learn more about new measures for better learning outcomes and scalable learning opportunities. EdTechXWeek connects education leaders with investors and entrepreneurs during a series of events in London. The most important and busy event of all is the EdTechXEurope Thought Leadership Summit, taking place this year in the Tobacco Dock on June 18th 2020.
DevLearn focuses on learning technologies. The 2019 edition was kicked off with a keynote by Sophia the Robot who talked about how robots integrates in our daily lives and the professional world. Follow DevLearn to know first, when the 2020 program is out.
EdX Global is the annual gathering of the edX partners network – a community that produces and shares courses on the edX platform. According to Class Central year in Review, edX reached 24 million learners in 2019, a good year to look back at. (This event is closed to non-partners.)
