The Advanced VLSI Design course was highly beneficial, offering a comprehensive curriculum that covered design methodologies and industry-standard tools. The hands-on projects and simulations enhanced my practical understanding. Experienced instructors guided us throughout. However, there were some limitations, notably limited interaction with industry experts and insufficient focus on analog design. To improve, I suggest inviting industry professionals for guest lectures, incorporating analog design modules, and regularly updating course materials. Overall, I rate the course 4.5/5 and highly recommend it to students interested in VLSI design and the semiconductor industry.

The VLSI course is highly valuable for students aspiring to work in semiconductor design, hardware engineering, or related fields. It provides a solid foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of integrated circuit design, preparing students for careers in a rapidly evolving industry. However, due to the course's complexity, it requires dedication and a strong interest in the subject.
