It's a very interesting course about relationships between art, spirituality and medicine. Each week, we are invited to practice a different kind of art (painting, dancing, writing, music). We also see examples of student's projects. It's a course which will open your mind.

I finished the course but only because I couldn't un-enroll from the course due to the fact that I got it via pandemic promotion. It's not a terrible course, just not what I was looking for.

If I'm being honest, it was hard to set aside my judgement long enough to take this course seriously. I believe in using the arts to heal. I just don't resonate with people who do so in such a 'performative' manner, if that makes sense. I did jot down several points of reference that I look forward to doing a deeper dive on. I'd recommend this course to someone who is still skeptical about using the arts to heal their physical bodies. It could help them understand.

Amazing course for those who interested in arts and for those who seek for another way of healing. There are five ways of arts in this class, and you may find what suit and heal you. It helps me a lot with my depression.

Very sensorial and stimulating course. Let feelings flow!
Everyone in the videos was great, even if sometime some people seemed to be high, thing that I loved by the way haha great job! -
Excellent and fascinating course that deals with the topic of self-healing with a purely holistic approach. I recommend it, also to see it a second time because there are some really useful steps
