Overview

    • Plan a migration from non-Microsoft systems.
  • Module 3: Learn how you can continue to use public folders while your company implements a hybrid environment with Microsoft 365. In a hybrid environment, you need to make choices about where these folders should reside.
  • At the end of this module, you should be able to:

    • Explain public folders.
    • Explain mail-enabled public folders.
    • Describe how to manage hold and discovery in public folders.
    • Describe public folder migration to Microsoft 365.
