We will review the process of responding to questions, challenges and options for asking questions about behavioral frequencies, practical techniques for evaluating questions, mode specific questionnaire characteristics, and review methods of standardized and conversational interviewing.

The content is very helpful to those wanting to get familiar with the basics of questionnaire design. Besides, recommended readings are interesting and complement the lectures well. Yet, the lectures are boring. The instructors are nice but they use slides, no other kind of material. I rated the course with 4 stars because the content is worthy.

This was really just a presenter reading a textbook, no good use of the technology. It was also mostly about interviewing not writing questionnaires. Rather disappointing and boring.
