I have never expected to describe a completed online course, let alone an audit-only one, as “pivotal,” but here we are. Is it really possible to make a digestible overview of a complex, yet indispensable, perspective that is Sustainable Development…

It's a comprehensive course covering a wide range of topics related to economic development from its history to socioeconomic, geopolitical issues that threaten the future of our planet. Professor Sachs has provided an in-depth analysis of the situation and insight into measures and actions to cope with climate change and biodiversity... It's a course highly recommended for politicians, policy makers in urban and rural designs and anyone who has an interest in protecting our environment and who cares for our future generations. -

I have a background in sustainable development and still found this course informative and fascinating. This course is full of facts that are equally mind-boggling and illuminating. This course covers the basics of sustainable development, whilst still providing enough depth to understand the intricate technical and political difficulties facing sustainable development. -

Jeffrey Sachs is incredibly knowledgable and, as a bonus, very pleasant to listen to. This course was incredibly interesting and informative and provided me with a fantastic overview of the way the world has been and is being shaped, and where it is headed. This course included some of the most interesting graphs I have ever seen, exceptionally interesting. -
