Overview
This course covers the applications of differential equations in various real-world scenarios such as Newton's Law of Cooling, logistic differential equations, mixing problems, and Gompertz differential equations. Students will learn how to apply calculus concepts to solve problems related to credit cards, time of death, cold beer, fish populations, flu outbreaks, and brine solutions. The teaching method involves presenting lecture examples and solving differential equation problems. This course is intended for learners who have a basic understanding of calculus and are interested in applying mathematical concepts to practical situations.
