I've learned a lot about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. In CBT, I've grasped how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It helps in changing negative thoughts to improve emotions and actions. REBT, a form of CBT, focuses on identifying and changing irrational beliefs. I understand how this helps in managing emotions and behaviors. Person-Centered Therapy emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness from the therapist. It creates a supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings. Overall, these therapies offer valuable tools for understanding and improving mental health and wellbeing.
