I am J.Chow and I work for the mechanical industry in USA. I found that the course was very practical, straight to the point, friendly to learn. All material covered from stats, tools for analyze, improve and control are applicable at my workplace and projects. Many of the simple concepts of hypothesis, control limits are very clear and easy to understand. The video presentation, Dr. Ott professor and on-going transcripts really raise the quality level of teaching.
