Overview
Confidence as a trainer comes from the knowledge that you are well prepared in your topic and the resources you’ll use to present your information. Confidence, is also understanding that an effective trainer is someone who presents in a professional manner, is an effective communicator and has developed an awareness of the learning needs of their learner group.
In this course, we’d like to share with you our combined experience in the vocational education sector working with adult learners. Nichalia completed this course, spending 1 hours a week on it and found the course difficulty to be easy.
This was my first MOOC, and I remember it fondly. The videos could have been more succinct, and the quizzes at the time had some strange answer choices which we complained about, but generally it was a nice course for people who want to put their toes in the water of training. The issues with the quizzes I had when I joined in 2013 may be fixed now, as well. I'd recommend it for those interested in a taste. For those with some experience already, you can skihttps://www.class-central.com/user/review/edit/381#m through and watch just the bits that might interest you in the later weeks. -
