I joined the course to have an understanding of GDPR which has a greater impact on our lives. Tutors are excellent, the real life experience of Anna is helpful. All relevant aspects were fully and comprehensively explained. My only reservation was that the course has previously been completed, so I had no input from others. It did not impact me personally, but may be on others. Have nothing but praise, for Future Learn, and the staff and tutors of the University of Groningen.
  • The course is a very useful in order to learn about GDPR and specifically GDPR and how to applies to Health Data. It should be very useful for anyone working in the Health sector but I believe it will be also very extremely useful for everyone else as you sooner or later will have to deal with health issues or data relating to health and it is very important to be aware of how much information about yourself you are sharing and how your privacy could be affected.

I highly recommended whether you work with Health Data or not.

The content was well-presented with video examples, text and exercises. Although I have a good knowledge of GDPR, each lesson provided me with additional valuable insights. The assignment exercise was especially valuable as with the feedback it re-inforces the learnings.

The course is informative and with 2 weeks also rather short. The course is not as in-depth as I would like regarding processing health data for research purposes for example, and I think improvements in structure of the course would help a lot: oft…

Having followed several MOOC courses already, this course really stood out. First of all by the charming enthusiasm of the educators. Secondly by the efforts taken to make this course. It was not like in many other cases a recycling of of-the-shelve…

This course was informative and interesting - it felt up to date with its information, and was valuable to me due to my work with patient data in a hospital. Everyone can benefit from learning more about GDPR as we all either work with data or are data subjects ourselves every time we log on to an app or website. Good course.
  • The educators in the course made it so easy for someone who is even not covered in the GDPR to understand what it is, why it's there and how to implement it in healthcare. I for sure will start reading my terms and conditions on anything I use.
