ABOUT THE COURSE :Medical Law covers the rights, duties and legal responsibilities of healthcare professionals and establishments. This course will provide a broad overview of the legal and regulatory framework goveming the healthcare sector and introduce the students to fundamental legal concepts like infbrmed consent, medical negligence, medical malpractice, liduciary care etc. The course is intended to cater to medical professionals, hospital managers, healthcare workers, law students, legal practitioners etc. Students will be equipped to understand and respond to the legal and regulatory issues in the healthcare sectorINTENDED AUDIENCE : Medical Students, Nursing Students, Law Students, Healthcare workers, Hospital ManagersPREREQUISITES : No. But Preferably Graduate Student of Medicine, Nursing, Hospital Management or LawINDUSTRY SUPPORT : Healthcare Industry
