Overview

Public Policy and Governance are an integration of the study of Political Science and Public Administration. Understanding the nuances of public policy and governance are important given the impact of the policies on social and economic conditions of the citizens in any given country.The government comes out with various policies from time to time and implements them through the bureaucratic framework. The Educational Policy, Health Policy, Economic Policy, Environmental Policy, Employment Policy, etc, all assume importance for the country.The paper sensitizes the students to the implications of public policies and governance from a systemic approach.
