This course provides a framework for course and curriculum design for game writing and narrative design. The learning outcomes include understanding functional competencies, writing and storytelling, communication and collaboration, understanding systems and dynamics, tool proficiency, understanding players, and essential roles. The teaching method is through a 30-minute talk presented at the 2021 Educators Summit. The intended audience for this course is educators and individuals interested in designing courses for game writing and narrative design.
