Overview
This course teaches how to install R and R Studio, import data, perform basic data analysis, calculate summary statistics using Tidyverse, conduct regression analysis, estimate ARIMA models, create time series plots, model GARCH, and implement Diff-in-Diff analysis using the Minimum Legal Drinking Age (MLDA) example. The course aims to develop skills in R programming for econometrics through practical applications and hands-on exercises. The intended audience for this course includes students and professionals interested in econometrics, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
